Maryjo Bartsch, CPC:
Life Strategies/ Leadership Coach
Life Strategies/ Leadership Coach

Why do I coach?
Because after all my years in the corporate world, I’ve
discovered that helping others gain clarity about what is right for them and
helping them find their own path to achievement is what makes me happiest
and brings me joy.
For me, it’s all about living life as fully as
possible…now! Too many people put their lives on hold and think, “I’ll live
the life I want…when the children are grown, when I retire, when I have more
money, when I get that promotion, etc.” Life is short, now is the only time
we have.
Let’s work together to get you on your path to achieve
whatever you want!
What qualifies me to coach?
I have the practical experience of having facilitated
and trained hundreds of people to be more effective in their personal and
professional lives. I’ve worked internally and as a consultant in the
healthcare, technology, banking, insurance, communications and retailing
industries.
I am a Certified Professional Coach, I have a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, a
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and am Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI®)qualified.
But beyond that, I’ve successfully navigated my own many
life transitions. I went through a divorce after a long-term marriage; I
moved cross-country on my own; I was able to become debt-free within 3 years
of my divorce and buy a home of my own; I’ve successfully run my own
business and have earned several significant promotions within the
corporations at which I’ve been employed; I’ve traveled around the world;
I’m in a wonderful loving relationship now and looking forward to sharing
the rest of my life with a terrific man, spending time in each of our “home”
countries – the United States and Canada; I am successfully living my own
life with work I love and a personal life that is nurturing and fulfilling.
And I firmly believe you can have the life you want too!

How we work together
First, I encourage you to schedule a complimentary
coaching consultation with me. This will give you an opportunity to decide if I
am the right coach for you and I will be able to assess whether I can be of
help to you.
If we both agree to go forward from there, typically I
schedule three phone calls per month, with interim emails as needed. I call
you, so there are no long distance charges for you to worry about (U.S.A and
Canada). There is no commitment beyond the first month, although many
clients find that at least three months is needed for them to follow through
on the changes they want to make and see their best results.
In addition, several assessments are available,
including MBTI®.
